About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our domestic and international business growth. This role involves developing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our IT services and our flagship Hospital Management Software: Hospiorama.
Key Responsibilities
Overseas Business Development
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Present and promote our IT services portfolio to international prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.
Domestic Business Development
- Promote and sell our Hospiorama Hospital Management Software to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in IT services sales or healthcare software sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.
